$1.00

This rehabilitation program is designed for individuals who have undergone anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. It provides a progressive exercise protocol organized into five stages, focusing on range of motion, strengthening, balance, running/agility, and return to sport or activity. The program emphasizes gradual progression tailored to individual ability, aiming to optimize healing of the ACL graft and restore knee function while minimizing the risk of complications such as stiffness, pain, or graft rupture. Clinical oversight by a physiotherapist or athletic therapist is recommended to safely advance through the stagess.
